Terms & Conditions

- Room rates are inclusive of 10% tax, 5% service charge.
- You only need to pay 50% deposit when booking directly with the hotel.

Check-in / out policy:
- Check in: 14:00 (2PM)
- Check out: 11:00 (11AM)
- Early check in subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out must be notified to the Front Desk the night before and subject to availability.
- Late check out from 15h00 to 18h00 (3-6PM): 30% room rate
- Check out after 18:00 (6PM): 50% surcharge

Child Policy:
- Children under 7 years old or under 1.5m are free if sharing
bed with parents.
- Children over 1.5m or adults using the extra bed: extra bed 270,000 VND (~ 11.6 USD) / person / night. Only Deluxe rooms are available with 1 extra bed per room.

Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel or change your booking within 02 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge and you will be refunded the deposit.
- If you cancel or change your reservation within 02 days prior to arrival date or do not check in, you will not be refunded deposit.
